Any order implies acceptance of the general terms and conditions of sale defined below:

ORDERS:
Orders for standard and special equipment are binding on the customer. Once production has started, no cancellation or modification of the order will be accepted. Orders are confirmed once payment has been received.

PRICES:
They may be revised without prior notice, as well as the information contained in this catalog. The information, photos, diagrams, or colors are for information purposes only and may be modified without prior notice. Despite our checks, unavoidable errors may have occurred in the prices; please contact us for further verification.

DELIVERY TIMES:
Delivery times are given for information purposes only and without commitment. Failure to meet these deadlines cannot be grounds for cancellation of the order or refund.

DELIVERY:
The ordered goods are delivered ex-works. The goods travel at the buyer’s risk. The buyer must indicate on the delivery note any defect regarding the packaging or the goods. Any claims must be made within 24 hours following receipt of the package. Packaging costs are included in the transport costs. The company will use its usual carrier and the shipping costs will be charged to the buyer.

PAYMENT:
Payments must be made at the time of order. Any order not paid will not be validated.

RETENTION OF TITLE CLAUSE:
In accordance with Law 90,335 of May 12, 1980, we retain ownership of the goods until full payment of the relevant purchase invoices. In the event of partial or total non-payment by the due date, we reserve the right to repossess the products. In the event of a dispute, the Commercial Court of La Roche-sur-Yon shall have sole jurisdiction.

WARRANTY:
The products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects by our suppliers for 2 years from the date of purchase. In the event of defective products purchased directly from www.jantes-alpina.fr, the customer must first inform the company in writing before taking any action. Any return of goods is at the customer’s expense. Acceptance of the warranty is only effective after analysis and approval by our supplier. Removing or dismantling a component renders the warranty void.

In accordance with the provisions of Article L 121-20 of the Consumer Code, you have 14 working days (instead of the seven clear days provided for by law) to return a product that does not suit you (for more information, refer to Ordinance No. 2001 of August 23, 2001, Articles 5 and 12, published in the Official Journal of August 25, 2001). Within this period, you may return the product, at your own expense, accompanied by your invoice. Only products in new and complete condition (accessories, packaging, instructions, etc.), returned in their original packaging undamaged, unmarked, and unsealed (i.e. also in new condition), will be accepted.

LIABILITY:
EVO-X declines all responsibility for any improper use of the items sold. It also disclaims responsibility for physical, moral, or material damage to any entity due to misuse, improper application, or incorrect installation. Some items sold by EVO-X are not approved and may only be used for private purposes, track use, or events. Approved items are clearly identified at delivery and on the items themselves. Some products are not subject to regulations regarding use on public roads; please consult the applicable laws in this regard.
